I was witness and transavia was very patient and correctly.
it is sad that parents twisting the story. The parents were very rude to staff, refused to follow instructions.
What a pack of lies - I was sitting just 2 rows behind and the family behaved very badly to say the least. The baby did cry and then threw up. The father was asked to strap her in but refused, the steward said you have to follow the safety procedures, the father was getting irrate and called him a smug a¿¿¿hole, the wife was also shouting. The steward went away to let him sort himself out but then when he returned the father refused and called him a smug a¿¿¿hole again along with his wife shouting and hurling abuse. They should be banned from flying - and the only ones that deserve compensation are the 140 something other passenger who should be paid out by them because we had to sit on the aircraft for an extra 4 hours. All they had to do was try instead of making everyone else suffer. The Daily Mail On-Line has publisher a pack of lies here.
