No cure, no pay' gewerkt.
"In most successful no win, no fee claims, -AKA No cure no pay- claimants must give part of their compensation to their solicitor in the form of a 'success fee'. This success fee is almost always a percentage of the total compensation award, and most solicitors charge 25%."Dus de 50% die jij gelezen hebt is waarschijnlijk niet de norm.
